We have sat in the rooms where decisions get made. We have built the businesses, led the teams and broken the ground. And we know, with absolute certainty that what got us here was rarely talent alone. It was the right people, at the right moment, in the right room.

The Ownership Collective exists because every ambitious woman deserves access to that room, not by chance, but by design. Founded by women who have done it, for women who are doing it, we are a community built on the belief that experience shared is power multiplied. We are not here to celebrate potential. We are here to build on it, together.

Who we are 

Kelly Bream - Co-Founder

Kelly is a Management Surveyor, former COO of a national professional services firm, award winning multi-time entrepreneur and strategic board advisor across Investment, Real Estate, Technology and Recruitment. Kelly is also the author or 'Anything But Golf', a book that explores the micro-moments of women in leadership and the double standards they face, this led her to co-found The Ownership Collective as a way to support women own their own success. 

Laura Stone - Co-Founder

Laura is a Lawyer, Mentor, Non-Executive Director, Business Leader and former COO of a national sustainable developer. Having built a successful carer in leadership and navigated the realities of high-pressure board rooms, she co-founded the Ownership Collective to create the community she wishes had existed earlier in her career. Laura is passionate about empowering women with the confidence, connections and practical skills to thrive as leaders and shape careers on their own terms. 

Ana Estrada - Co-Founder

Ana is an international speaker, senior advisor, corporate board member and former 20-year Goldman Sachs private equity investor, CIO and Coach. Her work is focussed on redefining what it means to thrive in leadership for high-performing women in corporate and high-pressure industries. Ana is devoted to developing women who shape systems not adapt to them. A multilingual leader fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.
