Membership Criteria
The Ownership Collective exists to put more into the hands of women who are ready to take it.
The landscape has shifted. The opportunity is real. But ambition without the right room, the right people and the right tools is just potential left on the table.
The Ownership Collective is not just a professional development programme or a business directory. It is a curated community of women who have already proved something and are ready to build on it. Every tier exists to protect the quality of the room, because the room is the product.
We hold a high standard. Deliberately.

The Inner Collective
The Inner Collective is our most exclusive tier. A small, carefully curated group of ambitious women who want more than inspiration. They want results. Members are invited by the founding team and existing members only. Numbers are deliberately limited. This is what serious looks like.

A C-suite executive (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO or equivalent) at an organisation of any size
A board director or chair, executive or non-executive
A senior leader (VP, SVP, MD or equivalent) at an organisation with 200+ employees
A portfolio entrepreneur, investor or fractional executive with a track record at the above levels
From £10,000 P/A

The Collective
The Collective is for founders, senior leaders and executives who are building with intention and prepared to invest seriously in that ambition, financially, intellectually and in the time they give to their peers. We look for women with a clear track record, a defined direction and the professional maturity to contribute as much as they take from the group.
